For some reason, despite it being Monday morning and my coffee mug is still mostly full, I am singing GOOD MORNING!
Sometimes it's best to embrace good feelings even when they come out of no where! So, I'm passing it along to you with a quick video for reference.
I know life is busy and we are sometimes dragging our feet to get to work, but don't forget to take the time to breathe in the cool morning air, and think of an uplifting beat. Not only will your body will thank you for taking a quick break from a fast paced life, but you will start the day off right, especially on a Monday morning. Poor Garfield never liked Mondays but that doesn't mean we have to hate them too! Don't know Garfield? Here's another video!! (I'm only 29 and already I'm feeling old! hehe)
